The life of a parent/carer is a busy one. It is hard enough to remember to write a check or put money in an envelope to send in for a school trip in the hectic schedule of work, errands, and carpools.
Online payment systems save parents a trip to the school office, allowing you to monitor and check your balances at your own convenience. They also help schools keep more detailed and accurate records of payments received, enabling us to be able to track and report on payments received and where needed send reminders to those with outstanding payments.
